Lately, Iāve been feeling overwhelmed, like I canāt quite connect the dots between all the moving pieces: the offerings, the messages, the marketing, the next evolution that I know is trying to unfold.
It felt like hanging from the edge of a cliff, trusting the process, but still holding tightly to what I know, because thatās whatās familiar.
So, with a little nudge from my coach, I decided to do for myself what I usually do for my clients:
I connected with the wisdom of my business and asked it to lead the way.
To show me what it needs right now.
To guide me toward the next aligned action.
What I heard surprised me.
My business said:
āSlow down. Youāre running too fast. I canāt keep up. I need you to slow down so I can align my energy with yours.ā
And honestly? That was both confronting and liberating.

It made me wonder, what if my business already knows?
What if it already holds the roadmap, the next steps, the clarity, and all I have to do is listen?
So thatās what Iāve been doing this past week. Listening. Allowing. Trusting.
And almost magically, things started to unfold.
Creating content stopped feeling heavy.
Ideas started flowing naturally.
The structure of my offerings began revealing itself, clear, simple, effortless.
Everything started aligning again.
Itās a reminder that slowing down isnāt giving up.
Itās a slingshot.
Just like a spacecraft circles the moon to gain velocity before accelerating back toward Earth, this is my moment of gathering momentum before the next leap.
