Most creators build systems too early.
They assume they know what the process will look like.
They anticipate the bottlenecks. They try to be efficient.

But the truth is: you can’t optimize what hasn’t been tested.
The first version of your course, offer, or program should be your MVP. A real, live delivery. Not to impress. But to observe.

Observe what’s clunky. Where you get tired. Where people drop off. Where the logic breaks.
Then—and only then—do you build systems. From friction. Not fantasy.

Here’s the workflow I recommend:
  1. Automate only what’s essential (email confirmations, lead forms, scheduling)
  1. Run the MVP live, even if it’s not perfect
  1. Use AI to reflect on what actually happened

AI SUPERSTAR HACK: Upload notes or reflections into ChatGPT. Prompt: "What are the repeatable pain points in this program delivery?" Let it show you what to clarify or automate next.
The system comes after the pain. That’s how you build with clarity and scale with calm.
